PURCHASING POLICY
At The Uniform Lady, we want your shopping experience to be smooth, convenient, and worry-free. Please review our purchasing policy below to understand how we operate:
ORDERING & PAYMENT

Orders can be placed on-site every Thursday at Parkhurst Primary School or via phone/email during the week.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase or prior to delivery (for pre-orders).

We accept cash, EFT, debit/credit cards, and SnapScan.

For custom or bulk orders, a 50% deposit is required upfront, with the balance due upon collection/delivery.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of purchase for items in new, unused condition (tags attached, unwashed).

Returns are only accepted for defective items. We do not offer refunds for incorrect size selection but will gladly exchange if available.

Custom items (e.g., name embroidery, printed T-shirts) cannot be returned unless defective.
COLLECTION & DELIVERY

Orders placed during the week can be collected on Thursdays at our on-site stall.

Alternative pickup times or arrangements can be made upon request.

Home or school office delivery may be arranged depending on availability.
LEAD TIMES

Most in-stock items are available immediately.

Custom embroidery, T-shirt printing, or large/bulk orders may take 5–10 working days.
